Susan B. Feigelson is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of experience in the New York City residential and commercial markets. In her career she has achieved recognition as a leading advisor to real estate companies, where she has trained, mentored, coached, and managed hundreds of sales professionals, a number of whom have gone on to become some of the top producers in the real estate industry.
A native, life-long resident of New York City, Susan built her real estate career specializing in the sale of townhouses, condominiums and cooperatives, as well as commercial buildings in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. She understands what it takes to build a successful sales career in a very competitive environment and has a proven sales record, having brokered the sale or lease of over two hundred and fifty million dollars of residential and commercial transactions.
Susan's introduction to the industry began while working for a small real estate company. She later joined the largest residential real estate firm in the metropolitan New York area, Douglas Elliman, before advancing her career to become a principal broker at Feigelson Realty Services, where she oversees a wide variety of operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities to ensure optimal business performance and realize substantial revenue enhancements.
Susan graduated with distinction from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, earning a degree in History. At the beginning of the 2000s, she was approved by the New York State Department of State for Real Estate Instruction and has since taught real estate courses for New York University (NYU) and the City University of New York (CUNY). As a university lecturer, in addition to instructing real estate qualifying and continuing education courses, Susan has developed and implemented innovative academic programs and strategies for NYU and several of CUNY's 25 colleges and professional schools.
Susan is involved in many civic and charitable activities, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
